Is property near Lake Almanor and/or Eagle Lake within reasonable price range these days?

Dear Patrick,
I found the photo of you and your fish and was blown away. I had no idea you caught such whoppers (but I should have, I guess.) So is that at Almanor? I had old visiting this week and took them out there. They thought it was beautiful.

That fish is in Walker Lake, over by Almanor, at the base of Dyer Mountain.
The propery around the Lakes does cost more than other areas in Lassen county, with Lake front lots big enough to build on going for close to a million, if you can find one. Thanks Candace, Take Care, Pat
